I had very high expectations and was pleasantly surprised when they were exceeded. Delicious assortment of pastries and finger sandwiches and wonderful staff. Öand, yes, the tea was delicious.

Libertea High Tea service. Best tea and coffee ever tasted!

When looking for something different to do on our anniversary, I saw the Libertea High Tea service on a Savannah events calendar. I read a few reviews that said it was great and decided to make a reservation. We had a great time! Firstly, the interior of the building is beautiful with a great historic restoration vibe. Our server Nan was fantastic. She was so personable, very attentive, and taught us all about the history of High Tea tradition. Then thereís the tea. Fantastic quality. Iím a coffee guy but I can honestly say the teas I had were the best hot teas Iíve ever had. The food was great too. The 3 tiered presentation had 1 tier of savory pastries, 1 tier of finger sandwiches, and 1 tier of deserts and pastries. All items were delicious. When we got to the desert tier I requested a cup of coffee, which Nan explained was roasted in house. It too was possibly the best cup of coffee Iíve ever had. The whole experience lasted a little over an hour, and we were never rushed. My wife and I were able to chat, sip, and eat slowly. Perfect amount of food, and it was great to be able to choose different tea varieties for each cup. Everything about this high tea was wonderful. We will absolutely do it again and recommend it highly. Thank you to Savannah Coffee Roasters for the unique experience!

    High Tea

My cousin and I booked a high tea while we were in Savannah for a long weekend. This was absolutely the best high tea I have attended. The server, Nan, was so knowledgeable about teas and the tea selection. She was very attentive and just a delight. The China was beautiful and the finger foods were delicious and more than we expected. The lavender lemon scones were to die for.

    Sister High Tea Party

This was such an amazing wonderful experience! The presentation, the quality and the service made an unforgettable experience. The tea was superb and the food was so delicious and tasty. Cody was excellent, attentive and so knowledgeable. It was fun to learn and taste so many teas. Please visit, dress up and enjoy a proper tea!

High tea, 13 March 19 March 19, 2019

I was real disappointed.  I expected the "party" to be in a private, elegant room, not some loud, busy thoroughfare, with lunch diners gawking at us.  So loud I had trouble hearing my granddaughters.  And, I appreciate the business hiring disabled folks, but, we couldn't understand 2/3s of what Nathan was saying.  I had trouble, quite certain the little ones understood nothing!  Also, he was waiting on another table, leaving us unattended most of the time.  We arrived early and were left standing alone waiting.   We received no explanation/history on the china or the proper etiquette for taking tea.  The food was absolutely nothing to marvel over.
Very disappointed in the entire event.

We so enjoyed this experience March 14, 2019

We recently celebrated my daughter's 12th birthday with Libertea High Tea (actually 'low tea', as we were sitting down. 'High' tea was reserved for commoners who took their refreshment standing up. A bit of information we learned from our wonderful hostess.) It was a delightful experience for all of us. Even though the girls have not developed a taste for hot tea, they enjoyed smelling and sampling the teas and of course the food was AMAZING! The educational  tidbits provided by our hostess were interesting and informative. It was a memorable experience that I am so glad I got to share with my daughter, mother, sister, and niece.
