I have been waiting for this since Jan 1. The Post Office here has again screwed up delivery. I am sending a separate email to your management address on that. But you use UPS/smartpost which is NOT smart at all. I bought three bags of coffee from Coffee Fox in Savannah and have been enjoying THEIR coffee for almost a week and a half now. THEY used Fedex ground. The Post Office sent a status last night that they can't deliver my coffee from you because the address is wrong, yet the address is correct on the order. I am really frustrated and disappointed because I like your coffee. But it's a lot easier to get coffee from Coffee Fox at this point. HELP
